I am driven by the thought that life is relatively short and simple, so I am trying to do my best in everything. I am passionate about my work and I am usually finding inspiration in the people that I work with.

[e-spres-oh] is a web & product development company.
They specialize in small-to-enterprise web and mobile applications.
The [e-spres-oh] team is great. I was very happy to be
part of the team and to work on their biggest project.
I had the opportunity to work with technologies and libraries as HTML,
CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, Laravel, MySQL,
React Native and Electron. I worked both frontend and backend.
On the main project that I worked on, I mostly used TDD and I did my best to
improve the codebase. I also worked on two internal projects. On the first
project, I had the opportunity to lead the team on a proof of concept mobile
application. For the second project, I had the opportunity to be on the
product team for a small web application.

123FormBuilder is product company that delivers software as a service to
clients all around the world. It's in the top 5 in the world

My main responsibilities were to develop new features, fix bugs and improve
the code quality. I worked both frontend and backend, but I also did some
devops and QA tasks. I did my best to improve the workflows, the
code quality and to help the business thrive.
As for technologies and libraries, I worked with HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
PHP, and jQuery. When possible, I used techniques like TDD and BDD. I
also worked on setting up continuous integration with Jenkins and I
helped the team to migrate from SVN to GIT.
Team Lead • October 2014 - June 2015
Microdevt Web Solutions was my personal web development, web hosting,
and web training agency. We were a team of three people
and we delivered around 15 websites together.
Having my own business was a great experience for me. My crew and I worked
hard for satisfying clients by giving them quality work and support in the
small details. I learned the basics of having a business, how to talk with
clients, how to manage a team, what is important and not important to a team
and how to prioritize things. I was part of the business side and the development side.
Also, during this time I made mentoring for my team and I was a trainer at
Institutul Multimedia Romano-Elvetian. I teach basics of web development on
one-year courses, that would conclude with an exam taken with me
and teachers from HEG Institute.
