Full-stack Developer November 2016 - present

It's my biggest joy so far, to be part of the [e-spres-oh] team. I find great people, big challenges and so much satisfaction working here.

I work in all the project's technology stack, that is PHP, Javascript, MySQL and I use test driven development day by day.

Full-stack developer July 2015 - Octomber 2016

For me, every day at 123ContactForm was a new lesson in how should I work. I explored a lot and I had a great time with my colleagues.

I learned a lot about developing a product, understanding the impact on the user experience, code refactoring, development workflows, marketing, company growth, continuous integration, metrics and test driven development.

Also, it was a new experience for me to work into an Agile team. I like Scrum and the way software is developed by using it. I saw the importance of 360 surveys and how people grew in technical and social skills.

Microdevt Web Solutions

Administrator October 2014 - June 2015

Having my own business was a great experience for me.

My crew helped the business grow and satisfy clients by giving them quality work and support in the small details.

I learned the basics of having a business, how to talk with clients, how to manage a team, what is important and not important in a team and how to prioritize things.

Also, during this time I had contracts in which I was a trainer at Institutul Multimedia Romano-Elvetian. I teach basics of web development to all kinds of people and I had the joy to see them excited and confident while learning new technologies.

UpWork (formerly Elance)

The Upwork platform was crucial to my experience.

I worked hard with a lot of clients and I got the chance to work with people all over the world. I worked with clients from US, Australia, Canada, Romania, Saudi Arabia and China.

Overall, working as a freelancer was a big plus to my experience and it was a great joy to learn so many things.

Web developer May 2012 - September 2012

At Soft Build I had my first interaction with a software company.

In these few months I learned a lot about making websites, working in a team and I was very excited to have my first job!

I am happy that I took part of this team and that they helped me so much in growing as a software developer.
